Welcome to Best Choice CPR LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Best Choice CPR LLC provides CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification training, AED sales and installation, fire safety training, and related life safety services (collectively, the "Services").

Registration and Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent)
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Pay all applicable fees

Certification Courses

Course Requirements

Certification courses require:

Full attendance for the entire course duration
Successful completion of skills demonstrations
Passing written examinations where applicable

Certification Validity

Certifications issued through our courses are valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified by the certifying organization (AHA, Red Cross, or HSI).

No Guarantee of Certification

While we provide comprehensive training, we do not guarantee that every participant will receive certification. Certification is at the discretion of the instructor based on skills performance and knowledge demonstration.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 48+ hours before class: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class: 50% refund
No-shows: No refund
On-site training cancellations: Subject to separate agreement terms

Rescheduling

We offer one free reschedule per registration if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Additional reschedules may incur fees.

AED Sales and Equipment

For AED and equipment purchases:

All sales are subject to manufacturer warranties
Installation services must be scheduled separately
Returns accepted within 30 days in original condition
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated

On-Site Training Services

For on-site training services, the client agrees to:

Provide adequate space and facilities for training
Ensure participants are available at scheduled times
Comply with all safety requirements
Pay agreed-upon fees according to payment terms

Limitation of Liability

Best Choice CPR LLC provides training for educational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information and skills training, we are not liable for:

Outcomes resulting from the application of skills learned in our courses
Errors or omissions in course materials
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Medical Disclaimer

Our courses provide training in emergency response techniques but do not constitute medical advice or create a provider-patient relationship. Always seek professional medical assistance in emergency situations.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including course materials, logos, and text, is the property of Best Choice CPR LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
